I am still here.I am now worried about how I am going to continue paying my mortgage after October, especially if I retire. I really want to, you do not know how badly I want too! I can still afford to put some more money into escrow for about 5 more months worth of payments. but then it is anybodies guess!

If you are going to retire in October now would be a good time to decide where you would like to retire. Pray and do some research an answer will come to you. Have you checked out Housing? They will pay for your rent and you can choose where you would like to live. It's a thought.
Now would be a good time to look seriously at all your options before time closes doors to you. Like do you have any equity in your house or are you "under water" with it? How is the real estate market there now? What percentage of your income would be going to mortgage? I wouldn't be so nosey but I do have a bit of a stake in this. I'm sure answers will come to you if you look for them.
